This video demonstrates kneeling arm circles on the Reformer, an advanced arm exercise where much is required of the core to stabilise the trunk while the arms and carriage move. This would be proceeded by versions lying down and sitting, but can also be done standing on other pieces of apparatus.

Here Jayne shows the thigh stretch on the Cadillac, which can also be done on the Reformer. This is a great stretch, paying particular attention to tightness around the knee which can alleviate certain kinds of knee pain. Plus you can also add upper body work and back extension as you progress.

Here Matthew demonstrates a more advanced exercise called Pike on the Chair. It relies heavily on abdominal core strength as well as upper body strength and control, with the movement hinging smoothly from the shoulder.

In this video Jayne is doing a few exercises from the short box sequence on the Reformer. There are easier versions to start, but it can also progress to much more challenging versions too. The focus is on the spine and core strength, including the front and side abdominals, as well as the back.

This is a leg spring sequence on the Cadillac working through a full and varied range of motion in the hips. It builds on a single leg version, which clients usually start with first, and develops strength and flexibility with a strong connection to the core.

This video shows Matthew doing a basic roll up on the Cadillac, with some hinge back pull ins. The roll up bar and springs can be used to assist in the roll up, but also to heighten the abdominal connection. And the hinge pull ins are a great way to open up the shoulder girdle.
